A sweet friend of mine said she had been looking around for an apron, but hadn't found one she liked (let's hope she likes this one!) and wondered if I could make her one. She said she wasn't picky, didn't want anything to frilly and that she like the things I had done in Emma's room. This was my first apron (I'm guessing when she asked me she didn't know I had never made one before, oops!). I found a few tutorials on line, but I wasn't thrilled with any of them. I did find some dimensions I liked and then kind of made it up from there. I picked the fabric up at our local Hancock Fabrics and got to work. I think it turned out pretty well for my first time!

I put some pleats into the bottom of the skirt, I think it helps with the fit and look. |

The top is my favorite. I made it to be a sort of draw string. One size can fit most and it gives it some nice rushing. |

The tie could rap around front too. |
Hope you like your apron, Brandy!
Love!
